Patricia McBride is having a good run in the NIWBA Championships. Having already won through to the semi-finals in the fours she and her lead, Hazel Steenson, managed to defeat Maureen Ferran and Pauline Mackle on their home green at Dungannon.

This once again proved to be a very close match with the Banbridge pair winning by one shot after a tie end. This ensures their place in the pairs semi final.

Congratulations and well done to all concerned.
